For the past twenty five years, Marcelino Hernandez has been cooking here in the Bay Area. Born in Santa Clara del Cobre Michoacan Mexico, his zest for fresh cooking and flavors stem from his origins. He's had a passion for cooking all his life.  Marcelino has been working in tandem with Andrew for the better part of 20 years.   He is part of a beautiful family of four with his wife and two children.
